With ten years of solid coaching experience at all levels, Kirill prides himself on the success of his coaching, whether by improving his students’ game at the tournament level or by improving their skills used in casual play. At the age of twelve, Kirill began playing competitive tennis in his home country of Russia. He was ranked as on of the top five tennis players in Russia. He was recruited to play tennis in the United States where he earned a tennis scholarship at Concordia College. In addition, he also represents tenants in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and office space. This includes developing relocation strategies, identifying occupancy cost reductions and lease negotiations. Where applicable, Mr. Azovtsev is also involved in landlord representation. Selected clients include: Niche Media, Trilogy Global Advisors, Orbis International, Severud Associates, QlikTech, Rockefeller Brothers Fund and Nicole Miller.

An avid tennis professional, who was a top-ranked Russian junior tennis player during his youth, and played ITF and ATP tournaments.


Kirill takes an active role in a number of industry organizations including the Real Estate Board of New York, Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association and also is an active member of United States Professional Tennis Association. He is a Board Member of the Tourette Syndrome Association and the New Yorkers For Children Association.

Kirill played an instrumental role in bringing the Concordia College tennis team to the national tournament four years in a row. While at Concordia, Kirill began teaching players of all ages and of varying levels of experience. Since 2005, Kirill has coached tennis at both The New York Athletic Club and Cliff Street Racquet Club and has continued to teach at several clubs within the Westchester, NY, area. As a certified and active member of the United States Professional Tennis Association, he coaches both the New York A Junior and the Ladies USTA Tournament Teams.
