Before Real Estate

A ranked junior. A hard school.

Before the first lease, there was the baseline. Ranked among the top five junior players in Russia, Kirill spent his adolescence in the daily grind of elite sport — early mornings, long odds, and the narrow margins between winning and losing.

At seventeen, he arrived from Russia with about $500, limited English, and no network. A tennis scholarship opened the door; every opportunity after was earned.

“Discipline transfers.”

Beyond the Deal

Quietly, and for some time.

While commercial real estate has been the focus of his career, giving back has always been equally important. Success carries a responsibility to help others, and he is proud to support organizations whose work creates meaningful and lasting impact.
